Ismet Huseyin

Director

Ismet is a professional engineer with a proven track record for delivery of high-quality solutions for large infrastructure projects. Ismet has a broad technical management skill set, with strong commercial, stakeholder and delivery acumen.

Ismet has delivered in key roles on both road and rail projects, including large Design and Construct, Design Only, Technical Advisor, Environmental Impact Statement, and Final Business Case commissions. His experience and expertise is wide ranging, from Technical Director roles for the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link Program, WestConnex New M5, and Sydney Gateway projects through to Structural Design roles on projects including the $850m S2W Pacific Highway D&C.

Ismet has demonstrated a strong ability to successfully communicate design features, construction constraints, opportunities and recommendations to a range of stakeholders, including senior Ministers, the TfNSW senior executive, INSW, DPIE, local Councils, and community groups to progress projects and deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for clients.

Tim Willatt

Director

Throughout his career, Tim has worked in a number of design and technical management roles on multiple large-scale infrastructure projects. Tim is highly-skilled in management of multidisciplinary inputs, negotiating and dealing with a range of external stakeholders and management of consultants and sub-contractors, andhas developed a track-record of delivering innovative and integrated technical solutions on-time and with recognition of the project’s stakeholder and commercial requirements.

Tim’s breadth of experience on projects ranges from Detailed Design, Reference Design, Design and Construct and Construction phases. The combination of these experiences makes him an ideal candidate for technical management and direction across the different phases of a project from early development through to construction.

Recently, Tim has had significant involvement in the development of Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link Program through his role as the Warringah Freeway Upgrade Lead.

Scott Little

Associate Director

Scott has over 20 years of experience in engineering consultancy and project delivery – working with Tier 1 consultancies, contractors and NSW Government clients to successfully plan and deliver high-profile infrastructure projects.

Scott has a bottom up understanding of major infrastructure projects, and has successfully led multidisciplinary design teams to deliver specifications, feasibility studies, detailed designs, and construction phase services for major road and rail projects in NSW.

Scott’s extensive detailed design management and construction phase experience make him an invaluable addition to client teams during the planning and procurement phases of major civil works. In these roles Scott combines his strong technical knowledge, delivery experience, and commercial acumen to deliver high-quality advice, technical documentation, input into procurement strategies and documents, and support for technical interactions with tenderers.

Tony Pruscino

Associate Director

Tony is a highly experienced engineering and construction professional with over 20 years’ experience in development, pre-contracts and delivery of multi- discipline heavy civil projects.

Tony brings a wealth of practical delivery experience to project teams, having spent the majority of his career delivering physical works for major construction contractors.

His diverse career has seen Tony lead teams to successfully deliver a wide range of civil projects under various different contract models for an array of public and private clients.

Tony is highly skilled in the areas of scope development and definition, design management, construction planning, stakeholder and interface management, and project delivery for major civil infrastructure.

Tony is currently the Technical Lead for the Western Harbour Tunnel. In this role Tony has managed the development of the Reference Design, construction strategy and staging, Environmental Impact Statement, technical stakeholder engagement, and Scope of Works and Technical Criteria for procurement of the project.

Adam Price

Principal Advisor

Adam has over 12 years’ experience in the development, management and review of concept and detailed designs for major infrastructure projects in NSW.

Adam brings a unique range of competencies to a client side team, including strong technical design skills for major infrastructure projects, inter-discipline design coordination skills, as well as the practical experience gained through being the design representative on site during the construction of major civil and structural works.

Adam has a proven track record in managing design delivery from the tender phase through to construction. He has developed a comprehensive understanding of the feasibility, constructability, approvability and cost implications when considering concept and detailed design options for such projects.

Adam is able to combine his understanding of site constraints, constructability, and maintainability with his structural design knowledge to help the client develop a design and procure construction services that meet their bespoke needs.

Recently, Adam has been working for TfNSW as part of the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link (WHTBL) team, and TransGrid as part of the EnergyConnect team.

Russell Hoad

Principal Advisor

Russell has over 18 years’ experience in infrastructure planning and delivery. He has spent the majority of his career working for tier 1 contractors on the construction of major infrastructure projects. His construction experience includes delivery of enabling works and main works for road, rail, tunnel and airport projects throughout Australia and the United Kingdom.

Having worked all over Australia as a contractor, Russell has gained valuable end-to-end delivery skills, and experience in supply chain management and establishment for civil works across the country.

Through his roles as a contractor on major infrastructure projects, Russell has developed strong skills in the co-ordination of multidisciplinary inputs, reviewing design, management of subcontractors, interfaces with other work packages and contracts, and management of sub-contractors and personnel for the safe delivery of work on time and within budget. Russell has become renowned for his ability to thoroughly plan his work packages, engage the right sub-contractors, and be flexible and pragmatic to achieve project outcomes.

More recently, Russell has been working in the public sector on the development of the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link program and Project EnergyConnect.

Russell’s delivery experience makes him an ideal candidate for supplementing a client team, bringing civil project management experience for investigations and early works, as well as constructability knowledge during design development, project planning, and during construction.


Joel Gruber

Principal Advisor

Joel is a chartered engineer with strong technical and project management experience on a major Transport Infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients.

Joel’s experience ranges from managing development of Reference Design and technical contract documentation through to Detailed Design and Construction Phase services.

Having previously worked for a major design consultancy, maritime contractor and NSW Government delivering design and contract documentation, Joel understands the risks, interfaces and key stakeholders that need to be managed to successfully deliver major projects.

Notwithstanding his technical background, Joel has a strong commercial acumen. Joel has direct experience in development and management of technical contract documentation, tender preparation, and technical sub- contractor management and negotiation through roles on Westconnex M4-M5 Link, Sydney Metro (Northwest, City & Southwest and Western Sydney Airport), Cascade Pier wharf upgrade, and Sydney Trains Panel 80 contracts.

John Fisher

Principal Advisor

John has over 18 years of experience in the environmental field with a focus on planning, approval and delivery of major utility infrastructure projects on the east coast of Australia. These include road, natural gas, recycled water, and electricity projects including high profile and highly visible projects in urban environments with high community and stakeholder interfaces.

John’s roles on these projects have been in project scoping, environmental impact assessment, obtaining planning approvals and other consents, construction environmental management support and compliance.

He has extensive experience working in multidisciplinary project delivery teams and with construction contractors. John also has considerable experience with stakeholder engagement and communication with federal, state and local government agencies, utilities, interest groups, landowners and affected communities. John understands the practical issues associated with complying with commitments and approval conditions during construction.

This experience is invaluable during the assessment phase of projects as it allows him to ensure that projects are well defined and described and also to develop practical and outcomes-focused assessment documentation to ensure the highest possibility of good compliance outcomes during project delivery.

Recently, John has been a key member of the team that delivered the Sydney Gateway EIS and MDP, and is a key member of the team delivering the EIS for the Western Harbour Tunnel, Warringah Freeway Upgrade, and Beaches Link projects.

David Baldock

Principal Advisor

Dave has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry across both engineering design and construction delivery on major infrastructure projects and heavy industry.

Dave brings a unique range of competencies to the role, not least being his ability to coordinate utility authorities, councils and design teams to ensure a focus on constructability, risk reduction and low cost outcomes for clients.

He has established strong professional relationships with representatives of major providers including Ausgrid, Telstra, Optus, NBN, Jemena, Qenos and Sydney Water. He is an effective communicator and is particularly good liaising with utility representatives in the field.

Having worked in construction for a substantial part of his career, Dave is exceptional at suggesting and negotiating practical solutions, and understands what it takes to deliver major utilities protection and relocation. Dave has significant experience managing utilities surveys, service upgrades, protection and relocation in heavily congested areas.

He provides exceptional delivery outcomes through careful planning and attention to detail, and proactive stakeholder communication and management. This ensures a ‘no surprise’ outcome for the project team, client, and asset owners.

Nick Sarraf

Principal Advisor

Nick has over 35 years of construction experience spanning a range of projects including road, bridge and cut-and-cover structures, excavation and fitout of tunnels, marine works, airport runway works and brownfield CBD works. His experience also spans the pre-contracts phase to the construction completion and handover phase of projects.

Nick has significant experience working for Government clients, in particular NSW Government Road Agencies. Of particular note is his time as Alliance Manager for the CBD Alliance Project. Furthermore, for the majority of his career he has been working for Tier 1 Contractors procuring, planning and delivering infrastructure projects of varying sizes.

Nick strives to meet project milestones, without compromising on key result areas such as safety, environment, sustainability and stakeholder and community reputation.

Bernard Quinlan

Principal Advisor

Bernard started his career as a structural designer and has worked as a Senior Bridge Engineer on both international and domestic projects.  During this time Bernard developed a reputation for delivering innovative solutions to complex problems. Subsequently, Bernard has worked as project lead on a number of multidisciplinary road projects - managing design teams, external consultants and stakeholders.

In recent years Bernard has worked as a client-side project director leading large-scale infrastructure projects over $350 million in value - responsible for the development of design within the project’s commercial requirements, managing internal and external stakeholders, preparing the procurement packages, awarding the construction contracts and managing onsite works.

Bernard’s breadth of experience on projects ranges from Initial Feasibility and Business Case, Detailed Design, Reference Design, and construction phase.
